Everybody dies – and even Sæunn. Sæunn who can't be bothered to knit anymore, who regrets not making more memories, who  clings desperately to the memories she did have time to make. Sæunn who doesn't know who gets the Persian rug they bought in '97. Sæunn who asks when her son will be around. Síðustu dagar Sæunnar is a bittersweet play about intimacy and distance, death, mashed old-peoples-home food and the search for contentment.
